The hotel offers updated and immaculately clean rooms with microwave and mini fridge, as example, I am very pleased about that. The breakfast is excellent and exceptionally nice served with waffles and bagels, as for instance.
The hotel needs a refurb.

Couple looking for comfort and relaxation
Staff was friendly and professional. The soundproofing in our room was excellent, we slept like babies without any outside noise disturbing us.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we got.

The in-room A/C is loud enough to warrant earplugs for sleep, bothersome. There's noticeable wear and tear, like a cracked refrigerator shelf and a partly misaligned sink stopper. While they functioned, it hints at a need for better maintenance. The parking situation can be tricky, especially at night when the lot fills up, occasionally forcing guests to park across the street.
